Registrations for the 2016-17 Religious Education Grades 1-6 are due by August 29. Please complete and return the form to the parish office as soon as possible.
Fee Schedule
- 1 Child $35.00
- 2 Children $60.00
- 3 Children $75.00
- Each additional child $20.00
Registration Fee Payable to Saint Monica Parish (no child will be denied religious education because of an inability to pay.)
When registering your child for the FIRST TIME for religious education please submit a copy of his/her BAPTISMAL CERTIFICATE unless baptism took place at Saint Monica Parish, Christ the Divine Teacher, Divine Mercy, Saint Philomena, or Saint Rose of Lima.
